Critical Metals PLC's chairman Christopher Ecclestone says Cobalt's had its traditional uses that it's had for hundreds of years but the big news in recent times has been in lithium-ion batteries and as a result its involvement in the supposed electric vehicle boom.
''Cobalt is still in a situation of very precarious supply and a big swing factor is Glencore that has a big mine in the DRC which they turn off or on dependent on the market''.
