FastForward Innovations Ltd's (LON:FFWD) Ed McDermott, the group's CEO has been appointed to the board of Leap Gaming as a non-executive director.
McDermott's 'skillset of the London market and all the things that go along with public listing here in the UK' will be used to spearhead the virtual sports providers' ambition of a 2021 IPO.
He says his main role is still as FastForward CEO and his aim is to 'get the best outcome for investors of FastForward' as well as investors of Leap Gaming once that becomes an availability.
FastForward have a 43.4% interest in Leap Gaming.
