IronRidge Resources Ltd's (LON:IRR) Vincent Mascolo speaks to Proactive London's Andrew Scott after raising £4.75mln through a share placing, with the funds earmarked for an accelerated drill programme at the Zaranou gold project in Côte d'Ivoire.
He says the cash will pay for a phased drill programme - a 9,000 metre programme is already underway - and it will be followed by a more aggressive campaign of 30,000 metres.
Drilling will pave the way for a maiden mineral resource estimate for the project.
