Kromek Group PLC (AIM:KMK) has landed another $5 million payment from Siemens Healthineers under its long-term imaging technology deal. That brings the total received to $30 million, with another $7.5 million due over the next few years.
Adriatic Metals PLC (LSE:ADT1, ASX:ADT, OTCQX:ADMLF) boosted second-quarter production by 23% but cut full-year guidance. The miner now expects to produce up to 10.5 million silver-equivalent ounces, down from 13 million.
Hansa Investment Company is merging with Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited (LSE:OCN) in a £900 million all-share deal. Ocean Wilsons shareholders will get a 41% stake in the combined business, which will keep the Hansa name.
