Newmark Security PLC CEO Marie-Claire Dwek talked with Proactive about the company's strong start to its 2025 financial year and its growth prospects. Dwek highlighted key drivers, including revenue expansion at Grosvenor, the success of workforce management services, and increasing recurring revenue.
She noted that recurring revenue from workforce management services grew 30% in the first half, with further growth expected. "As we've onboarded new customers, our existing customers are all taking services now. So that number is compounded and will grow as we grow as a business," she said.
Dwek also discussed Newmark Security's international expansion, emphasising its presence in the UK, US, and Europe. She stated that over 50% of Grosvenor’s revenue will come from North America this year. The company is also advancing its Direct-to-Enterprise (D2E) platform, recently signing an Oracle partnership and progressing with Workday and SAP.
Safetell has seen extended contracts with major banking and retail clients, with investments in its service team contributing to growth. Dwek confirmed that Newmark Security’s pipeline is larger than ever as it moves into the 2025/26 period.
Looking ahead, investors can expect continued revenue growth, expansion of recurring revenue, and new distribution channels. "We’ll be trialling and building a pipeline for DTE, selling direct to end users, which we’ve never done before," Dwek explained.
