Sirius Real Estate's (LON:SRE) Andrew Coombe joins Proactive London to discuss their business model, growth strategy and investment case.
Coombe says they are 'an unusual real estate company' because they not only deal in real estate but 'we deal in space as a service, we have an operating platform of 260 people across Germany, in 60 different locations.'
He says rather than just owning the property, those people help to operate the property as well. Sirius Real Estate operate only in Germany, 'all industrial estates on the edge of key German cities and they are staffed by serious people who help to keep the property running and assist our tenants and customers' of which there are over 5000.
