Sirius Real Estate snaps up Sigma Technopark in Augsburg, in a 'in a top logistics region'

Sirius Real Estate PLC's (LON:SRE) Andrew Coombs talks to Proactive London after announcing its acquisition of Sigma Technopark in Augsburg, 'in a top logistics region'. The joint venture with insurance group AXA’s fund management arm will acquire the 113,000 square metre park for €80mln. The deal boosts the size of its portfolio to €317mln, almost double compared to its launch in 2019.
