Vast Resources PLC's (LON:VAST) Andrew Prelea speaks to Proactive London's Andrew Scott after announcing they've signed a joint venture agreement with Chiadzwa Mineral Resources, a company representing the community interests, which has led to the formation of Katanga Mining.
Prelea says next week a further joint venture between Katanga and a government body is set to be officially signed.
