NH Hotel reported a consensus-meeting quarterly P&L performance, testifying to the effective ADR maximisation strategy and the near-full recovery in occupancy. Additionally, the group managed to further improve its debt profile with a consensus-beating reduction net debt; it will continue to do so in the high interest rate environment. Our estimates appear to remain consistent with this trading update so we have made no major changes.
