Q3 23 was almost ‘decent’ but Nexity is becoming very dependent on orders from institutional investors, which accounted for two-thirds of its bookings in this quarter. Reservations by individuals will soon reach historically low levels, in terms of the number of units. We expect a downturn in 2024, or even 2025.
