Cibus has been active in both the transaction- and capital markets throughout 2024. The company issued three senior unsecured bonds in 2024, followed by a 3mE + 250bps euro issuance in January 2025. Through these transactions, it has managed to repay approximately EUR 180m in bonds maturing in 2024/2025 which reduced refinancing risk while also announcing several acquisitions.
