• Lakeel HR driving sales mix improvement – Results were strong,
with OP up 38.9% YoY in H1 FY12/25, prompting the company to
raise FY guidance. Growth was underpinned by LaKeel HR, which
drove License and Subscription sales and supported margin
expansion through a more favorable mix. Given LaKeel HR’s
competitiveness, we expect this strong momentum to continue
into H2 FY12/25 and beyond. Professional Services also showed
signs of recovery in Q2, aided by new customer acquisition.
