What happened?
On 8th Jan, Banca IFIS launched a tender offer on ILTY, entailing 0.1 new B. IFIS share for every ILTY share plus a cash component of EUR1.414/share, implying c.EUR300m total consideration. The offer will run from 19th May until the 27th of June.
