Osisko Metals (“OM”) closed a previously announced C$32.5m private placement on 16th December with 67.7m shares issued. The placement introduced strategic investments from Hudbay Minerals (C$14m), Agnico Eagle Mines (C$12.5m), Franco-Nevada (C$2m), and La Caisse (C$4m). As outlined in our note on 6th December (Link), this was a very strong endorsement for OM and the Gaspé Copper Project, outlining the considerable derisking completed to date and the exploration upside which still remains (Link). ....
