Thesis Gold & Silver (“TAU”), which owns 100% of the 495km2 Lawyers-Ranch gold-silver project in British Columbia, has announced a C$44m fund raising with AngloGold Ashanti (“ANG”) agreeing to purchase 13.85m shares at C$2.79/share for gross proceeds of C$38.7m.
