GCI Liberty (GLIBA/B/K), which spunoff from Liberty Broadband (LBRDA/B/K) in July 2025, has done a rights offering which comes as a surprise, arriving shortly after its spinoff and a softer quarter marked by revenue pressure and an impairment-driven operating loss.
