We believe a positive announcement for the PNW LNG project has largely been priced into both Black Diamond and Horizon North. In our opinion, further moves higher in either company’s stock price will have to come as the result of contract wins that are not related to PNW LNG or winning an outsized portion of PNW LNG related work.
