ReFuels has moved into profitability in the final quarter of FY 25, on account of increasing supply volumes and continued recovery in the strength in the RTFC price, which is now sitting at c.26p. The company has beaten our forecasts with full year revenue of £153.7m and EBITDA of £1.4m. Looking forward, as a result of the Foresight transaction, the company’s financials will look significantly different as ReFuels move into minority ownership of the underlying station business. We have updated our numbers to reflect the updated full year results whilst our forward looking forecasts remain unchanged from those published at the announcement of the transaction date, as we await the first set of results under the new structure.
