NESF’s interims show strong operational performance offset by a further reduction in power price forecasts which have reduced the NAV to 88.8p from 91.7p. A strategic review aims to address the current high discount to NAV in the share price and could include expanding the successful capital recycling programme. In the meantime a high yield pays investors to await the outcome.
