Kinnevik announced today that it had sold its subsidiary Rolnyvik (100% held), which operates in the agricultural business in Poland. Since 2001, Rolnyvik was a wholly-owned company by Kinnevik, which we considered as one of the group’s historical activities. The acquirer is a Polish enterprise within the agricultural sector. The amount of the transaction is approximately SEK400m (about €43m) in cash, compared with a fair value of SEK250m in Kinnevik’s accounts and in our NAV
