Oxford Metrics has today announced that Vicon, its motion capture division, is to launch its markerless motion capture solution next week at the Game Developer Conference (GDC) in San Francisco. Management had clearly flagged that Vicon Markerless was to be launched this financial year but had not indicated exactly when. We take reassurance from this announcement, encouraged that key technological and product progress continues to plan and that Vicon has leading industry names on board for the launch.
