The group has announced the acquisition of a strongly complementary thin-film coating company with expertise in advanced optical filters, used predominantly in the aerospace and defence markets. The acquisition of Artemis Optical Holdings for a maximum consideration of £8.9m has an initial cash consideration of £4.5m, plus the issue of 0.4m new GHH shares to the vendor.
