SIMEC Atlantis has followed through on its plans to develop battery storage at the Uskmouth site with an agreement which will bring in £40m of revenue over the next thirty years with £11m in the next eighteen months. The deal sees the company emerge from a period of uncertainty and turning a stranded asset into value for shareholders.
