The acquisition of leading optimisation platform Flexitricity brings important capabilities to Drax in our view. It will deliver the route to market services (RTM) necessary to maximise the value of the BESS projects being acquired from Apatura and has the potential to deliver additional services beyond this. We see Flexitricity as one of the best RTM providers in the market and view this as a strong acquisition for Drax.
