Last week, it was announced that both CEO (Andrew Newland) and CFO (Ian Griffiths) had stepped down from the board, with the Board now comprising of the Non-exec Chair Dr. Jan Groen and NED Dr. Joseph Eid. Given the near-term funding challenges (c. £700k cash at y/e), compounded by Board and Management uncertainty, we prudently suspend our forecasts, withdraw our TP and move to under review.
