Petrophysical logs have indicated that the Charlie-1 well encountered 280ft of net pay over the Seabee, Torok and Kuparuk Formations. Amongst the data, the Lower Lima results look particularly interesting, with live oil observed at surface in both the Charlie-1 and the previously drilled Malguk-1 wells. Whilst we find some of the details encouraging, more analysis is required, particularly around the effective porosity, permeability and the gas to condensate ratio.
