Caspian Sunrise announced its first dividend of 0.0444p/share ($1.13M; ex dividend date of 17 November 2022; payment date of 16 December 2022). The board intends that future dividends will be paid on a monthly basis and that the size of the dividend is indicative of levels to be expected in the future based the higher of £1M per month or a pay-out ratio of broadly 35%-40% of free cashflows.
