Rockhopper has announced that the Sea Lion JV has now taken FID on the field development, including approving the debt facility and signing various commercial contracts. Financial close of the project debt facility is expected in the coming weeks. This is a significant achievement for Rockhopper, the Sea Lion JV, and the Falklands oil and gas industry at large.
