TXP has released its 1Q25 financial and operating results. The numbers are broadly in line with forecasts, with the Company reporting 1Q25 average production of 4,317bopd, revenues of US$11.1m and funds flow from operations of US$2.6m. After a capex programme of US$6.7m, the Company ended 1Q25 with reported net debt of US$33.3m. Near-term news flow is expected to come from the completion of the Shell Central Block transaction, expected in the coming days.
