Diversified Energy has announced the US$308m (gross) conditional acquisition of certain Cotton Valley and Haynesville upstream assets in the states of Louisiana and Texas from Tanos Energy Holdings III LLC. The acquisition represents Diversified's third acquisition in less than two months in its newly defined Central Regional Focus Area (RFA).
