Savannah has introduced NIPCO plc, a diversified Nigerian energy conglomerate as a new strategic investor. Through a £11.3m subscription, and certain primary and secondary market transactions, NIPCO will hold c19.4% of the Company’s enlarged share capital. Further, CEO, Andrew Knott has further aligned himself with shareholders through several primary and secondary trades to take his holding to c12.6%.
