SDL announced that Mark Lancaster, founder and CEO, will be stepping down with immediate effect and will be leaving on 31 Oct 2015. A formal search will commence shortly and in the interim period, David Clayton, currently Non-Exec Chairman will assume the role of Exec Chairman.
