LBG has announced the acquisition of Betches, its first material acquisition as a Plc. The transaction accelerates the Group’s growth in the key US digital media market, expands its female audience through the addition of ten major female-focused news brands and introduces new capabilities, including Podcasting and newsletter subscriptions to the Group.
