Microlise has confirmed that it will vote irrevocably in favour of the acquisition of Trakm8 by Brillian UK at 9.5p per share. The company has 20% of the share capital and a convertible loan with Trakm8 that would generate a combined £2.1m of cash for Microlise if the deal completes. We will update our forecasts to reflect the deal if and when it is confirmed, but for now leave our numbers unchanged.
