ATOME have provided a short update on the progress of their Villeta project, with FID now expected to be completed around the end of February 2026. Negotiations on lender documentation are well progressed, and the company is now working on the remaining outstanding points for the equity consortium. Given the complexity of financing a complex, first-of-a-kind project, we see minor slippage around the timeline for securing FID as fairly typical and look forward to a further update on FID.
