ATOME has secured at least $100 million in investment from Hy24 for its Villeta green fertiliser project in Paraguay. The deal values ATOME’s stake in the project at $60 million, with Hy24 as the lead equity investor in a $115 million funding round.
Ecora Resources is buying a copper stream from Moxico Resources’ Mimbula copper mine in Zambia for $50 million. The deal covers the mine’s 11-year life of mine, with output set to quadruple to 56,000 tonnes annually by mid-2026.
hVIVO has acquired bio-storage firm Cryostore for up to £3.2 million in cash and shares. The deal boosts hVIVO’s portfolio with Cryostore’s temperature-controlled storage facilities for pharmaceutical, biotech, and research clients.
Polarean Imaging has beaten its 2024 revenue target, bringing in between $3 million and $3.1 million. CEO Christopher von Jako says the June funding round helped triple last year’s revenue and build a strong sales pipeline.
