Gareth Edwards, chairman of Honye Financial Services (LON:HOYE), tells Proactive London's Andrew Scott that when they listed back in December 2018 it was with the intention to find technologies in Europe that could also be used in South East Asia, predominately China.
He says since then the strategy has evolved a little to include taking several minority stakes in technology companies rather than just one.
''We've run due diligence on several targets which haven't come to fruition so far and we're currently looking at two or three others in the fintech space''.
