We view Severfield’s announcement on 29 January that it is discontinuing its Modular Solutions business as a clear signal that new CEO Paul McNerney is working at pace to focus the steel construction group on its core, high-value markets in the UK, Europe and, in particular, India, where we believe its JV stands to benefit from huge long-term opportunities.
