Xeros Technology Group PLC (AIM:XSG) CEO Neil Austin takes Proactive's Stephen Gunnion through the company’s latest trading update and key strategic developments. He highlighted that Xeros is currently engaged in a tech verification process with four of the world's top ten washing machine manufacturers, moving closer to potential joint venture agreements (JVAs) and commercialisation in early 2026.
Austin also discussed a letter of intent with a global consumer electronics brand for Xeros’ XF3 external microfiber filter technology. He noted that 35% of microplastic pollution in the ocean originates from the laundry process, and Xeros’ solutions aim to significantly reduce this impact.
Additionally, Xeros is progressing in the garment manufacturing sector, working with Yilmak Makina, a leading denim processing company. The partnership is expected to help commercialise Xeros' Finish technology, further expanding the company’s reach.
Austin emphasised that 2025 is a pivotal year for Xeros, with a strong focus on globalisation and commercial execution. He expressed confidence that the company is on track to fulfill its potential as a leader in sustainable fabric care.
